# Status page

## Health checks

Two unauthenticated probes are available on the API:

* `GET /health` — liveness.
* `GET /health/deep` — deep readiness, including dependency checks.

Point your monitoring at the production API host (see [Environments](/getting-started/environments.md)).

## SLA

Per-partner SLAs are agreed in your partner agreement. There is no public SLA matrix today.

## Reporting an issue

Contact support — see [contact support](https://help.moderncollections.io/troubleshooting/contact-support) in the Help Center. Include the affected placement IDs, timestamps (UTC), and any request IDs or response bodies you captured.
